2026 looks different…

We know a lot of you have been asking about renting in 2026. This is why bookings have been delayed.

Due to 2023 Act 73 in the Wisconsin State Legislature, venues such as ours are no longer able to allow the consumption of alcohol without a liquor license (or in lieu of a license, a permit to host just 6 events in a calendar year).

We are attempting to secure a liquor license in accordance with this legislation. The state expects the first forms to be available in late November. This is just step one of the process.

We are now booking 2026, but please note that all contracts will currently read as “no alcohol is allowed on the premises”. We will have an addendum available for both parties to sign once the license has been acquired.

Please note: this affects ALL Wisconsin venues. Any other venues promising that you can bring in and serve your own alcohol in 2026 is putting your event at risk as this will now be against the law.

Other changes for 2026

  • The deposit amount is increasing from $100 to $125. (This amount still goes towards the cost of your rental.)

  • The minimum amount of time you can book on a weekend daytime is increasing from 3 hours to 3.5 hours.

  • We are no longer accepting Venmo as a method of payment.

  • There will be a 2% fee to pay by credit card.

  • Final payment will be due 14 days prior to your rental instead of 7 days.

  • Renters will be responsible for sweeping or vacuuming the entire space prior to their departure. Failure to do so will result in a $75 cleaning fee. (We have a broom and vacuum you can borrow.)

  • The flat rate holiday surcharge is increasing from $50 to $125 for events taking place on Easter, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.

  • Our add-ons will be getting an overhaul. Linen prices will be increasing slightly.

  • We will have a new address!!! We will have a new phone number!!! Holy moly!
