2026 looks different…

We know a lot of you have been asking about renting in 2026. This is why we haven’t started booking yet.

Due to Act 73 in the Wisconsin State Legislature, venues such as ours are no longer able to allow the consumption of alcohol without a liquor license (or in lieu of a license, a permit to host just 6 events in a calendar year).

We are trying to understand this legislature and acquire a liquor license. However, these are not quick & easy tasks.

This puts our planned 2026 pricing up in the air. This puts our drafted 2026 contract up in the air.

It’s hard to book events when we don’t know what to promise you yet.

Other changes for 2026

• The deposit amount is increasing from $100 to $125. (This amount still goes towards the cost of your rental!)

• We are no longer accepting Venmo as a method of payment.

• There will be a 2% fee to pay by credit card.

• Final payment will be due 14 days prior to your rental instead of 7 days.

• Renters will be responsible for sweeping or vacuuming the entire space prior to their departure. Failure to do so will result in a $75 cleaning fee.

• Our add-ons will be getting an overhaul. Linen prices will be increasing slightly.

• We will have a new address!!! We will have a new phone number!!! Holy moly!
